Cyst on my left ovary?

its my 5th week of pregnancy .. the doctor told me that i got a big cyst on my left ovary .. it contains clear fluid .. its 14.5 x 8 cm ..





he said i should remove this cyst but he have to make sure if the pregnancy is inside the utrus ..





my question is what if i got the cyst back ?? will they remove one of the ovaries ?? will i get pregnant again ?? and if the pregnancy was inside the utrus .. would there be any kind of danger to the baby ??

im sry i dnt mean to be rude but those are some serious question. but i can answer u few of them that i know the answer ...cysts can come and go from a womans body- but some of them when its big need to be removed by having a surgery- cysts will not stop u from getting preg again-once they are removed ull be fine and good to go- and if the doc said they need to remove this cyst maybe its better this way since ur pregg. but if ur so concern talk again w.ur doc and let him know how ur feeling and ask them as many question that u want until ur comfortable enough and do w.e its best for u and the baby.
