Cyst in Thoratic Region - Does anyone know how serious this is?

I am freaking out. Just found out that a MRI found a cyst to be rather large spanning the Thoracic part of my spine from the T2-3 through the T8-9 region. It is pushing my spinal cord all the way to one side. In addition there are disk bulges both in the Cervical part of my spine as well as Thoracic region where the cyst is located. Also found evidence of Degenerative disease

No need to freak out, it is quite common to have deep cysts in the back. As far as the degenerative Disk Disease, almost everyone gets that, all it means is that you cartlidge between your vertebrae is slowly deteriorating. Sounds scarier than it really is....
Reply:I don't know why r u asking , i see that ur condition has been diagnosed and i assume the Dr. who did also explained the problem to u.

any way i don't understand which type of cysts is it but any way anything applying compression over spinal cord will be very series and u mentioned degeneration that started and it will increase if u did not have the proper ttt which in this case is definitely surgical
